1. How to know if your energy data has errors or has been accepted

Modified on Tue, 29 Apr at 5:54 PM

Once your property(ies) has been shared with Building Benchmark BC, the energy usage data will be reviewed by the BBBC team. If there are any errors identified in the data, you will receive an email from BBBC Support summarizing the errors. If you have submitted data for multiple buildings, you will receive an Excel spreadsheet outlining which buildings have data errors and which buildings have submitted valid data.

If there were no errors identified in your building’s energy usage data, you will not hear from the BBBC team during the data review period, but if you have any questions during this period please reach out to our team via email.
