2. Work with BBBC team to correct any data errors & resubmit

Once your property(ies) has been shared with Building Benchmark BC, the energy usage data will be reviewed by the BBBC team. If there are any errors identified in the data, you will receive an email from BBBC Support summarizing the errors.

 

If additional support is needed in the data correction process, building managers may request one-on-one support with the BBBC team in September 2025 for Year 6 of the program. 


Once the data errors have been resolved in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, please notify the BBBC team by email at support@buildingbenchmarkbc.ca and we will do a final check of the data to confirm.
