Visit https://buildingbenchmarkbc.ca/ and click the Sign Up button at the top of the page. This will take you to the registration form where you will have the option to register one building or multiple (Year 6 registration form).
Once your registration is complete:
Confirm the number of participating buildings by contacting support@buildingbenchmarkbc.ca
BBBC will respond with Unique Building IDs for each of your buildings that you will add to your properties on ESPM
Share the properties with BBBC (buildingbenchmarkbc) on ESPM (Help Desk Article)
Note: buildings that participated in the previous year of Building Benchmark BC do not need to register again for the current year. You will just need to ensure that the property continues to be shared with BBBC (buildingbenchmarkbc) on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and that 12-months of energy usage data have been entered.
