Where can I find my ENERGY STAR Portfolio Property ID(s)?

Every property that is added to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is assigned a unique ID which is called the ESPM Property ID (or Portfolio Manager ID). This article will help you locate the ID on the ESPM platform.

Step 1: Log into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM)

• Log into ESPM at this site: https://portfoliomanager.energystar.gov/pm/login

Step 2: Locate the ESPM Property ID

• Ensure that you have added at least one property to your portfolio.

• The ESPM Property ID(s) are listed below the name of each property. See screenshot below:

Step 3 (optional): Download Excel Table with All Portfolio Manager IDs

If you have several properties and want to download the list of them with their IDs, you can:

• On the MyPortfolio Tab, scroll to the bottom of your list of properties.

• Click on Download Data Table. See screenshot below:
