How do I update the Gross Floor Area of my property in ESPM?

When updating the Gross Floor Area of your property in ESPM, the update needs to be done in two places to avoid triggering an Alert Icon in ESPM.

Location 1: Basic Information on the ‘Details’ tab

Under Basic Information, click 'Edit'
On the next page, under 'Property Details', enter the updated Gross Floor Area value
Click 'Update Property'

Location 2: Action drop-down menu under ‘Property Uses and Use Details’

Click ‘Edit Use Details’
Click into the ‘Value’ field and type in the new Gross Floor Area value
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save’
