New Westminster Electrical Utility has an online form for building data aggregation requests (Online Form).
If you are benchmarking for multiple properties in New Westminster, you will only need to submit one form – just enter multiple addresses in the address fields (put the account numbers beside the address, in the address field).
A third party can also place the data aggregation request on behalf of the building owner by selecting the radio button for “Third party” which links to a second form for “third party authorization”.
For more information, please visit the website for New Westminster Electrical Utility (Website Link).
